No idea in Asia there are not very much streaming service available, isn't Netflix operating there as well?  NETFLIX and Amazon but NETFLIX is struggling to get the numbers up because of lack of payment options. Addiyionally, https://piay.iflix.com is gaining a foothold in Asia, its a Malaysian based streaming platform that is subscription based. Wew, I have never noticed it before, its my neighbour country product  Have you tried it? and do they cover many film and tv series especially the new one? Yes I've tried it. It offers a free 1 month subscription for everyone to test it out. I hope CRYPTOFLIX will also offer the same when they roll out their platform. Cryptoflix won't have subscription, but it will have some free content, so I assume everyone can check out free content just to see how everything looks before paying for certain movies. I maintain my opinion that they should. unless they use aggressive pricing for their content people might not want to pay large amount of money to watch several movies. I also think they should, or at least they should offer us a choice - subscription or pay per view, but I believe the team based this decision on some important factors that might be unknown to us. We'll see how it will play out. |

I think Asia market is not a bad target for the start of cryptoflix. There is a lot of people in Asia, also there is a lot of people who appreciate crypto, so a good point for a streaming platform that will be based on crypto.
Asia is a wide market with very big scope to grow. Like no serious content from Netflix yet and Amazon prime is just catching up. Asians has different market. Also I think they don't follow much online streaming. They want to but most of the content is not available due to geo restrictions. So, they tend to move towards torrents. As you are speaking about Asia you should more specific this. For example Japan has Netflix, Hulu and others to stream. I think same goes for South Korea. |
