In my oppinion even europe could be a great start, because people have money and have good internet connections in general.

It's a start. It does not matter where it starts, but it matters to bring people what they want to see. Everywhere, regardless of everyone's income, there is a smartphone or internet connection. The world tended to be in step with technology regardless of budget, be it small or large. Speramsa would catch the audience well and have an expansion as quickly as possible.

Great news at the beginnig of the week, although I have never heard of this exchange.
It seems to be very new because on their website you can read: "API Coming soon".
Without signing up you also cant see which coins are listed, but I found a credit card option to pay.
