Be very cautious of mining this coin, visit the Discord below and see how people feel cheated with the developers:

Forum: https://forum.coin2fly.com/
Discord channel: https://discord.gg/vyRKp2w

Yesterday, hundreds of coins were orphaned because the developers were doing some upgrade as you can see in the forum. Several thousand coins were lost because of this and the developers refuse to compensate or refund the miners. I was one of the miners who lost around 100 coins and to make it worse some of the miners DID not receive the confirmed coins in their wallet although the poolsite states that transactions were made. I am not sure if the developers are rectifying it and i am not here to create a bad image on the coin but i have made losses and will share with anyone all evidence if they want.

Bottom line this coin is very risky to mine.

Developers: Very irresponsible (not to compensate the coins)
Main Pool: Unstable (maintenance done without any announcements)
Attitude: Unprofessional ( developers were not willing to assist, instead they were trying to shut miners up)

If anyone have gone thru the same situation as me, please post to let the public know of this.

Thank you

Anybody wants to mine this coin please see be sure that there are plenty of pools where you can safely do so. The previous message is factually incorrect and irresponsible.

Here are some of the pools where you can do so:

Amazingly many of us were kicked out of the discord group for voicing out about our lost coins, shows the attitude, sincerity and commitment of the developers. This coin is going to go down the dark alley, i will post to advice as many as possible to shut down such scams.

Mine at your own risk! or worse still keep the masternode at your own risk, payments might not be paid.

Thanks

I lost my coins yesterday night. And i got kicked from discord for asking about it?
I am NOT going to be associated with this coin.

There's many masternodes around, if the developers are not able to support the very community that believes in the coin, then it's a fail for sure.

Lol Smiley Win32.Trojan.WisdomEyes.16070401 detected in coin2flycore-0.12.1-win64-setup.exe

yeah right these fuck faces want to be in the aviation industry with a wallet with a virus on it?

get professional or just stop, ask yourself what aviation company is going to risk the lives of their passengers using some cryptcoin whos wallet has a virus...

they cant even make a mobile wallet.

Exactly and yesterday they apparently did some maintenance as you can read in this forum and in that attempt they orphaned thousands of coins. This must be a scam coin.

same situation for me, also the wallet is not syncing anymore since yesterday. It shows 8 connections to the net but never go sync.

if the MAIN DEV POOL acts like a 4 yo child, then why I should go and search other pools to mine this coin?

So people, act at your own risk, but developers of this coin do whatever they want without any notice or advice to miners, if you lose coins is only your problem as they are never going to pay yo the lost coins. And if you ask for them you got kicked.
<sarcasm> Yeah, seems like a serious coin with a serious developers team </sarcasm>

ok, you adviced us that at least 5 pools supports coin2fly.... there's no need to shout it (or use capitals)
and by the way, what do you think about a coin which its main pool, the dev pool fails? are you really going to change pool, as long the main pool fails, the coin is dropping its value to hell?

if the main fails, there's nobody behind this coin. i can't understand that people having issues with the main pool and your solution is shouting that there are more pools...

so this is for you: I KNOW THERE ARE MORE POOLS FOR THIS CRAPPY COIN, BUT I'M NOT GOING TO LOOSE MY PRECIOUS TIME WITH IT!

did you understood it? or i have to shout it all?

You can have 100 pools but if your main developers pool sucks then whats the point? What are your objectives by stating the 5 pools? To say that other individual run pools are better then the developer's pool?

Again you guys can't run a pool successfully and you want to run a coin for the aviation industry, this is by far the biggest Joke coin.

I’m sorry very you feel that way.

We are running a pool that is up and running 99% of the time. We had issues with our cloud provider yesterday that we resolved in less than 3 hours.

I believe is a bit unfair that you refer to our development team and our project in that manner.

If it is a Mac or Windows wallet, just Reindex.

If it is a Linux wallet just do these commands,

cd ~/.coin2flycore
coin2fly-cli stop
rm -rf backups/
rm -rf blocks/
rm -rf chainstate/
rm db.log
rm fee_estimates.dat
rm banlist.dat
rm netfulfilled.dat

my advice to those interested in mn here is to proceed with caution. i've been set up for nearly a full 3 days, and have received 7 mn reward payouts. could not get help from dev with setup. got that help from very kind dev of another coin. have been receiving more assistance from another community member, but still haven't been able to get it worked out. been more of a frustrating 3 day headache than anything else. not nearly so much trouble setting up other masternodes.

I hate master nodes, it screams scam.

when the focus of a coin is just wallets, exchange, and master nodes, its %99.99 going to fail

look at all the master nodes that have collapsed, or even worse, had broken chains where miners lost money.

please, explain to me how someone should put a millon dollars into a crytpo if it cant handle a shit exchange and some pools?

im not saying this coin is a scam, because it says its for a purpose, which is aviation but I  no miner should mine a coin that has a masternode that steals coins from miner rewards

Yes, it is neo based and we are working now on our white paper to discuss our contribution to the blockchain technology.
