Couldnt' find a forum specific section so where better to ask a newbie question than the newbie section.
Basically I was just wondering if this 360 second limit is global or does it only apply for a specific set of users?
I thought it might have been the 4 hour thing, but im now over that and this 360 second message keeps showing up and is really starting to piss me off.
Any ideas? Thanks
EDIT: I currently have a queue of 3 messages, 2 PM's and this, thats 15 minutes just waiting to contribute to the forum
