First thing you need to do is to have a research on that altcoin. You must also check if it has a good potential and also you must need to check if there are many people who invested that coin. You need to know first the tokens before you invest it in order for you to be able to earn without losing any money.

I agree with your statements, it is quite good to study a coin before you invest money in it somehow. Capitalization does not mean that the coin is good, it happens that the coin is artificially inflated for its own purposes, so you need to be careful.

You need to invest in the cryptocurrency, while the token is still in the ICO stage. That's when you have the opportunity to buy coins at the lowest price. During this phase, the coins have only one way. They can only move up. It is necessary to select the correct token, because it can also fall to zero. As soon as it enters the market, the Cryptocurrency will make a sharp jump, which means that it is a signal for sale. Thanks to this you will be able to get from 100 to 300 percent of the profit. If the surge is not strong, moderate, then you will receive from 50 to 100% of the income. This is an effective method. But here it is correct to invest not in one currency, but in several tokens for risk diversification.

In the market today, investing in an altcoin is very difficult. I read it carefully to find out the purpose, the route, the way to do it, and to understand the publisher's credibility, the support of the community ... I monitor the market and the transactions. on altcoin for a certain time. When selecting the potential Altcoin, the time to invest is also very important.

Most of the time you need to check the market value of the project, this is a very key factor, if the project implements the open source code, then you can look for professional personage on the quality of the code, then you can judge.

Before you buy an altcoin, make sure to research first about the altcoin and their social media accounts (facebook & twitter account) how many followers do they have , are they also active in posting about their events? and do check their whitepaper, for good roadmap and the profile of the people behind the ICO.

They are a lot of things you should do before you invest in any cryptocurrencies or blockchain project. So of course you should search htis forum and watch in the announcemend thread to the opinion of other members here who have more experience. They are also a lot of good telegram groups where people are discussion about cryptocurrency projects. You can also make a look about the dev team and google their names, and look what they did before.

Currently with the scams running around with the new coins being launched I would say to just stick with the older and established coin who have a proven track record and large community members. As it isn't worth losing your entire investment into these alts and less return is always better than no return.

Most people are buying altcoins without any reason. They are influenced by an advertisement first of all. But such way of doing is still worth to be practiced because altcoins are growing without any clear reason too.

Privacy. Although Bitcoin does not record information other than an electronic address when making a transaction, it is your own BTC address. That means if someone finds your blockchain address, you will no longer be left in incognito mode. A lot of investors are concerned about this, especially since it is reported that just following Bitcoin transactions, finding a user's BTC address can be easily done. . A number of privacy measures are being developed to protect user information when performing Bitcoin transactions, including Dandelion, Neutrino, and Bulletproofs. Creating these technologies is quite a complicated thing, but they are being refined to apply to blockchain, helping Bitcoin regain its original appeal to investors. And of course this is one of the factors that pushes up the value of Bitcoin.

That's pretty much what I also do. I definitely search a topic about that altcoins here on bitcointalk and see what people are talking about it because this could change a lot of my thinking. The same thing with telegram, thats where people share informations and updates about the projects.

The team is very important and it is better to buy only altcoins that have a good and recognized team that have worked before in this domain and have a few successful businesses or projects. If the members of the team don't have any history and you cannot find any informations about them this doesn't mean it is a scam but you should do a little more research before investing.

All of that is right way to do before you buy a coin or invest to that coin because of that you can avoid to some coin that may scam you or you know if that coin don't have potential.  Like all people said in crypto do a research first before you buy or invest.

Many of the new investors come half-parked within the community. Most without having any kind of experience in crypto-coin investments. And even those who have experience in the market is already long enough, still make mistakes of beginners.
So do not invest in a new currency or ICO without researching properly, read the whitepaper, the developers, the team, the purpose for which it was created and the return on investment. Also search social networks for projects you are interested in investing in.
Important in this volatile world is always to diversify, never invest all your capital in just one project or currency, so you will have more chances of success.
