he asked me 0.0041 btc for a full member account , i was fooled that i didn't use an escrow , he never gave my any thing!

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Buying/selling accounts generally gets you a negative trust rating since it promotes scams (it's allowed according to the rules but highly frowned upon)

So yeah OP may or may not be a scammer, but he sure as hell is shady
