There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

the android miner doesn't seem to be working, it shows 4 threads but the speed is always 0 & i double checked the URL/port & all that, my phone is rooted, not sure if that matters.
& the windows miner, I cannot figure out how to get all the required stuff working for compiling the thing,
if anyone can help me out with one pre-compiled for windows x64, & maybe some advice for the android miner, I'd really appreciate it.

make sure you have right pool url, port, and username:wallet address.if still cant try close it and reopen it. |

I agree. The project should focus on a wide range of people and not on a narrow circle of programmers. Otherwise, such a project is doomed to failure. |

I agree. The project should focus on a wide range of people and not on a narrow circle of programmers. Otherwise, such a project is doomed to failure. mobile miner is wide range. every household must have a mobile phone at least 2-3, while pc 10 households only 1-2 have it. |
