Looking for a proxifier that works with mining apps on windows

I usually don't have any problems with mining different coins on different pools. However in some cases some ports are closed in my network.
I'm looking for a proxifier software that is able to tunnel all the connections from a specific software (miner) to a specific socks5 proxy.
I already tried proxifier (https://www.proxifier.com/), but for whatever reason it doesn't seems to work with miners (although it works ok with other software).
