There are many people who are attacking underage girls.These people aren't normal for me.They have to be punished for it.These girls must be smart, and they must not allow themselves so quickly.Parents need to take care of their children.There is pedophilia in every country, this should be prevented.

Unfortunately pedophile victims are not only girls but also little boys, which makes the picture even worse.

That's another ill social phenomena that we have to deal with and try to fix. Kids should be told that there are things that should be done after passing the age limit, otherwise it will harm them physically. Of course, that's a criminal act, and the older partner should be properly investigated and punished, because a kid may not realize the consequences but adults do and they take the responsibility for that. EVEN if the kid initiates it and pushes for it, the adult should block that by any means.

I know my thoughts are too idealistic, but my point is that pedophills bear the full responsibility for that and they are the ones that just criminally punished!

Pedophiles should be banished to remote islands, like leper colonies.
On these islands they can make their own society and live out their lives peacefully, but there are no children on the island, only other pedophiles.

I think its a sickness of the mind that can be helped and should NEVER be acted upon. I think it is a sick desire for innocence because it is deemed as sexually appealing. It is very low and animalistic even. I feel like it is almost the lowest form of animalistic tendencies, besides beastiality.

Those laws are specific to your country.  In Canada, you are considered a pedophile if you have sexual relations with someone under 16.  If they are 16 or over, it's free game.   Canada is even thinking of lowering the drinking age from 18 to 16.  :/

Pedophilia is a curse of the society, im shocked that there is still no serious punishments or penalties for such criminals in most of the countries.

    I beleive pedophiles have serious lobby in government and religious structures. Our president has kissed random kid to navel in public, some people think it is ok, but most of us find such behaviour unacceptable. I can clearly see what he means, he shows that high ranked pedophiles are acceptable in our country. What about religion it has its own rules which dont blame children abuse.

Are all women sexually mature at 13 years?  I believe that should be the defining point. 

Saudi Arabia is obviously a deviant of morality - money talks over there.   5 years old???  I doubt anyone would marry someone so young.

This isn't even a debate. In any aspects old men/women are way ahead on any child, mentally and physically.

Grown ups should be the one to protect kids from possible harmful things in the kid's environment. Kids won't be able to fight for their own unless someone else help them to.

Kids should be nurtured and protected, not abused by individuals who are incapable of controlling their urges especially against younger childs.

When they commit the crime, then they should be tried by the law and sentenced appropriately as a result made to register as an offender so that wherever they go people will know about it and protect their children accordingly because pedophiles never stop taking advantage of children ever.
