I have sent today some small GDC and DMD funds from my Windows-based wallets to Cryptsy deposit addresses. It worked fine before, but this time the transactions did not appear in my account and did not get credited, despite being fully confirmed. I've logged a support ticket with Cryptsy and am waiting for their response.

I hope so. It's a first time like this for me. All previous transactions appeared immediately in the "Pending Deposit" column before they got fully confirmed and moved to "Balance". Now the money are nowhere to be seen.

Hi Hi, I've been on Cryptsy all morning and it would appear (from people in the chat box) that the host company had some issues last night and it has effected the deposit/withdrawal engine.
BigVern was up late trying to get it back online, but was unable to and had to wait until the morning to be able to finish what was needed.
It should come back online soon, unfortunately i don't know what time Vern gets up (Mullick the mod in the Chatbox might though )
I have had similar issues in the past (not often though!) but they have always been resolved, so its just a matter of sitting tight and playing the waiting game and dont panic :-)
Hope thats a little reassuring, sorry i cant be much more help, im just a user and have no powers on there :-)

And the same problem today. Sent DMD and GDC @ 7:46CET. Still no sign of them on my account 3 hours later. Hoping for the best again. |
