Antminer D3 control board powering

Hi,

I have a (broken) Antminer D3 without PSU.
Is it possible to power up its controller board without blades, with an ordinary PC PSU ?
(I understand it can't mine this way, I only need to access its web interface dashboard)

I think yes it will work just make sure the PSU gives you 12v and if you on your PSU it will automatically run.

What do you need to get in Web interface?
