I am reading the white paper. Isn't it conflict of interest of Class A w.r.t to Class B shareholders? Because management can acquire both class A and class B shares but decision powers will be in the hand of only class A shareholders.

Simply put, no. Management’s Class B shares vest over 4 years and even after the vesting period, to ensure smooth operations, Class A shares are appointed by a board of directors. p.s. nice sig  |

Agreed. Also the fact that they're taking the necessary steps to ensure full compliance with the law is definitely a good sign when it comes to signaling the type of team behind the project. It's a good STO to keep up with as they prepare for their launch which should be soon. |
