I'm looking for the best secure online wallet. Any suggestions?

There isn't a secure online wallet. It's all about you.

I would use Blockchain.info, activate 2-FA auth by SMS, and restrict IP access.

Never heard about it. Be careful, inputs.io and blockchain.info's owners are reputable and trusted here.

I would use Coinbase but I've heard some horror stories about account approval and they take forever to answer support questions.

A lot of those stories are not true... I have used coinbase. To get an account and just use the btc wallet part of it you dont need to verify anything but your email address. If you want to buy sell btc you MUST verify a phone number (free one at google voice) and a bank account. As far as verification of bank account I used JPMorgan Chase and all I did was enter acc number and routing number. Then I clicked instant verification and put in my chase online user and pass. From there it took a minute. If they dont support instant approval you can select the other function which just takes two small transactions from your account and then refunds it, and you just enter in the 2 amounts it took. Hope this helped!

I believe that its central location is in africa.. People in other coutries might not really know about it until later. I had never heard of it until a few days ago, and I sure as hell dont trust it. The companies I trust are Coinbase and Blockchain, and somewhat inputs.. Coinbase is good cuz they are a official business and they make money so they can pay you back if anything goes wrong with their system, and they also pay the miners fee for you.. Blockchain is good but it costs a lot, and inputs I dont know. Im going to have to ask if Inputs pays for the miners fee...

Well, I guess you must trust Paypal a lot!

It's like this, if you don't have the private keys, the wallet is not yours, it's someone else!

And fees are like 1 cent...

I don't trust Coinbase because they are located in USA.

From their legal section ( https://coinbase.com/legal/privacy  ):

"We may share your personal information with:

- Service providers under contract who help with parts of our business operations such as fraud prevention, bill collection, marketing and technology services. Our contracts dictate that these service providers only use your information in connection with the services they perform for us and not for their own benefit.
- Financial institutions with which we partner.
- Companies that we plan to merge with or be acquired by. (Should such a combination occur, we will require that the new combined entity follow this privacy policy with respect to your personal information. You will receive prior notice of any change in applicable policy.)
- Law enforcement, government officials, or other third parties when:
We are compelled to do so by a subpoena, court order or similar legal procedure; or
We believe in good faith that the disclosure of personal information is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, to report suspected illegal activity or to investigate violations of our User Agreement.
- Other third parties with your consent or direction to do so."

They probably give all your data straight to NSA. Highly suspect.

it's not really coinbase's fault

they just happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time (the U.S. in the 21st century)
