i bought the a3 on the 31st. i even watched a video of someone shopping on bitmain. everything went smooth, i paid right away. they wont respond. i made a new ticket a few days later to ask on the status and i get the default "we received your email" response. i even used a different email to "inquire on a purchase" and still i only get a default response
when i log in the status is Paying Unshipped Valid. what is going on?
Hi, Are you sure that you send the EXACT amount of your purchase???
for example... if bitmain request 0.22566 and you send 0.22565 the automatic system wait the difference.......
You see in the confirmation email that bitmain send to you the EXACT amount of your purchase.......
