【Event 1：Putting orders to win 5,000 USDT】 

Event Duration：

2019/11/03 16:00--2019/11/07 23:59 (UTC+8)

Event Rules：

1. The mining reward is 1,000 USDT per day, the total reward is 5,000 USDT.

2. 24 random snapshots will be proceeded on QWC/USDT trading pair everyday. The average order amount of 1-10 buy/sell orders will be calculated.

3. The weighting factors of orders are different. The weighting factor is 5 for buy orders ranking 1st, 2.5 for buy orders ranking 2nd to 5th,  1.5 for buying orders ranking 6th to 10th. The weighting factor is 4 for sell orders ranking 1st, 2 for sell orders ranking 2nd to 5th, 1 for sell orders ranking 6th to 10th. Calculating the weighted average order amount by multiplying the result from step 2 and the corresponding weighting factor.

4. Calculating the total amount T of buy & sell orders ranking from 1st to 10th. Divide T by the weighted average order amount of certain rank, then multiply 1000 USDT, the result is the rewards for the corresponding rank.

5. At certain rank there may be orders from multiple users, the rewards are divided by the order amount proportionally.

6. The rewards of the previous day are settled at 2 pm every day, the awards would be distributed to users' accounts at 4 pm.

As far as a recession in the U.S., I don't think so.
