If you have PC at home  constantly running with fast connection and static IP and  want to operate such Masternode to help Qwertycoin network, run daemon as in example and send a Pull Request on Github https://github.com/qwertycoin-org/qwertycoin/pulls So we can add it do default nodes list.

What is the reason of this coin? Is it a joke coin like Dodge Coin? Why is name qwerty they are doing meanless works. Even if there is potential to became successful, they will lose because of their name.

Nothing, it depends on your Activity. You earn the fees from Users which use your "Masternode" as their Remote Daemon to use the Desktop Wallet as a Lightwallet. You earn 0.25% of every Transaction Users send or receive through your Wallet.
