It makes me worry as I cannot decide on which level should I invest more. I will invest about $2000 or so in next 30 days for sure because it seems the appropriate time to do so.

There are so many unexpectedly happens about the fall of btc like social media wanted to ban the ICO. The negative news which bothered btc holders to decide to dump their coin. To make matters worse, the security of cryptos was called into question last week after £380million worth of NEM was stolen by hackers who targeted the popular Coincheck exchange. This what makes the fall of btc.

There are many reason behind the fall of bitcoin price and few are like Chinese festival holidays, Face Book banned advertisement of crypto and some negtive news that countries have banned or planning to ban crypto transactions.

Just want to say that when bitcoin price was at around $1000 last year same month it spiked to around $20000 in December. Same way this year also there is a spike expected and crypto experts predict around $40000 end of 2018. Don't worry about the current price and wait for bitcoins price to reach the sky within this year end.

Other way round, the number of ICO's are increasing day by day is also a positive sign for crypto market to mention here.

Chinese new year could be one of the sense reason of this fall and also you are right, sometime technical analysis is not working in cryptocurrency because only news which is working better than.

But I am confident that Bitcoin will recover later on.

I give applause for your confident. The price of altcoin will not this deep when everybody confident like this.
Confident and hold our coin is necesarry thing right now. No need panic right now.

Bitcoin price crashes were also due to changes in regulation in this sphere in South Korea, experts say. There is already the third day, the law requiring cryptocurrency traders to identify a Bank account. For the fall of the bitcoin exchange rate was influenced by a message from India, whose authorities want to ban cryptocurrency trading in their territory, as they consider them illegal means of payment.

I think that the current price for bitcoin can not be considered its fall. Remember that we spoke literally half a year ago. We thought that at least 5k worth, but now 8k and we are not happy. The fact that the price of bitcoin has increased to almost 20k indicates that there was a lot of excitement for him. It seems to me that the current price is optimal for bitcoin, but of course like many I hope for the best.

A fall below $ 7,950 on the bitfinex will make it clear that the markup is not valid, because wave 2 can not fall below wave 1. This will be very bad.
it's still up 7,000 percent in a year

I think this up and down is common in investment. Yes you are right that its price are very less but most probably its price will increase in upcoming months. So i am not worried about the price.

Yes. Its on a dump right now but you should look at the difference between bitcoin's price this year and last year. I think the situation right now is based on government regulations on cryptos but I do think that it will not last that long. There are so much great projects out there that used bitcoin as a foundation. I think that it is a good start to a new growth and development in crypto world. It is natural that we get anxious and stressed especially when we are holders, but we should also trust the system and use what we know to try and make a move that we would regret the least.

Now bitcoin is going through not the best hours. Falling below 8,000 is unacceptable, but it's a fact. And we have nothing to do. Remain to wait, and hope for better.

Sad but true, this is what happen this month. No word can you say include " unacceptable ".
As we are trader, we have to accept this and start moving on. Market always win and try to follow it rather than looking for how to complain the market. Market is the right king in investment world.

the fallen is too deep and now we reach $7k, I don't have any idea how far the price would go down. but we still have 10 months later to see what will happen in the end of 2018 and I am sure that the price will increase more than $10k although it's really hard to see the price increase. and if we see at the bitcoinwisdom, the price could decrease again until reaching $5k-$6k but we have a chance to go back to increase again until $10k.

I am proud to say that I am a holder of Bitcoin for few years now although last December I have made a decision of withdrawing some of it and converting it into cash. I know that with the current situation of bitcoin I know that 19000$ is a one big time situation and it would barely come to this value again. Hence, withdrawing some of my Bitcoin does not give me regrets even if the value would have raised more than that today.

What I cannot understand is so many newbies pumping money into crypto without elementary knowledge how financial markets function.

No wonder we see this FUD and panic.

Bitcoin will no die and it will bounce back. Think about these words before you decide to dump your crypto at a loss. Use you brain for a change.

Indian and south Korean regulations have had a big impact on the BTC's decline.

When you fall, there is nothing you can do!

Now only adjust the mindset, I looked at the prices of the past January and February, march is likely to go up!

I'm not worried, bitcoin has gone through similar falls in the past, and has always recovered. Bitcoin is trying to be independent of fiat, to stand alone as a digital payment system, it's going to go through some hurdles due to the competing interests of banks and governments, but on the whole this system cannot be stopped. Bitcoin, or something much like bitcoin is the future.

Bitcoin is speculation, it can rise up high and fast and drops low and fast too.
Just make sure you can afford what u can lose.

A scam will be a scam.
It won't sustain in long run, cause they can't make $ for you at all, they don't have any business model or investment plans to make money grows.
All they did is use other people's $ to pay other users, so those who earned $ is just from other victims... in short a vicious cycle.
People KNEW, but they just dump their $ in hoping for a miracle.

Maybe I have to give another example for people who can't understand.
It's like- Going down to dirty sewers looking for fresh air.

fuds making this market panicking, those weak handed users helping those trolls to make this dump possible, forcing many holder to sell their coins in lower price because afraid of big losses.but if we will continue pushing the trustees to hold and remain supporters of bitcoin.eventually the market flows will stabilize and return to normal again

I am not an expert in crypto analysis but i have read so many comments and realized that majority are of the opinion that the downward trend of bitcoin is temporary and normal and so it will soon bounce back, i like to agree with this.

The drop in the value of Bitcoin has been really severe, but two things to bear in mind there has been a January to February fall in prices in each year since 2015 and that lately there has been a relentless media attack on Bitcoin which the more cynical amongst us seems co-ordinated.
