No i am not excited when altcoins are down. It makes me feel more pessimistic. Very few altcoins can raise after they have dumped, my opinion.

I can't say I'm excited because its just a normal scenario in cryptocurrency, rising and falling of values. We should really saw this as an opportunity to buy more and we should really not panic but I do believe that this emotion is really happening as of now which the tension would really be there specially for those people who did bought on peak prices and seeing their portfolio into large percentage negatives would really put you into a situation where you do have the doubts already either you would hold or would tend to sell for cutting loses.

It is always a positive thing to consider on starting an investment with the used of bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency when the price drops or dumps. It is a good stepping stone for us that we could invest and used some of our earning as a capital for new holding for tradings that we could trade upon on the market. Just always remember that we also need to learn first the ways we could used to earn and to know how we could  manage to deal with transaction and management.
