I was thinking about how long it took satoshi to create bitcoin either if he was solo or a team as it was created to run without the need of anyone's help.

The first bitcoin block was created 3rd January 2009 and it is known as Genesis Block see the source here https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Genesis_block , and about the time i think it took many days.
Edit: or 9th January https://blockchain.info/block/00000000839a8e6886ab5951d76f411475428afc90947ee320161bbf18eb6048

Can you check this source if this helps: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Satoshi_Nakamoto

In 2008, Nakamoto published a paper[2][3] on The Cryptography Mailing list at metzdowd.com[4] describing the bitcoin digital currency. In 2009, Nakamoto released the first bitcoin software that launched the network and the first units of the bitcoin cryptocurrency, called bitcoins.[5][6]

In December 10, 2009 Satoshi said...

The Bitcoin network has been running for almost a year now.  The design and coding started in 2007.
