Buying with foreign card

Hello, i have a question - can i buy crypto with a foreign crypto currency? I am Lithuanian, living in Denmark. Bitpanda asks me to prove my identity with phone number ,so of course i will be using Danish phone number, as a result i would use my Danish ID card to prove my identity.... However, i want to buy from my Lithuanian card, can i do that, or will they freeze my funds?
