Hello,

I would like to know which sites do you use in order to find upcoming and promising ICOS

and

what youtube channels you watch to get some hints regarding new ICOS?

For me the best websites to keep track of ICOS is https://icoholder.com/ and https://icobench.com

and best channel for breaking down ICOS is Ian Balina https://www.youtube.com/user/Diaryofamademan

Thanks for your contributions.

Icohotlist is another good website that give reviews about these upcoming ICOs,but if you really have time you can search it here in bitcointalk, most of the new ICOS has official threads in bitcointalk,it means most of the new altcoins will start promoting her ein bitcointalk.Modt of these ICOs can be found in the marketplace sections and bounties, you can read the whitepaper so you can confirm if the ICO is worthy to participate.

I agree with you. The best site for tracking ICO is bitcointalk. Communicate straight with representatives of ICO and ask questions if something is not clear. You can immediately understand how serious the project is and how professional the project team is.

Do you guys think user/community reviews matter a lot for ICOs? I think it's just hype most of the time.

I like some deeper analysis and spreadsheets provided by Ian Balina, OheyMatty and similar channels. While they are not fully comprehensive, they are much deeper than the most junk out there.
Youtube is filled with lots of similar low quality reviews. This section, too. It is not so easy to find good sources.

There are some websites and channels that I think are good enough to be the reference / research material for what you need to invest on project.
Ico Website:
1. ICO Alert
2. CoinTelegraph
3. ICO Stats
4. ICO Rating

Youtube channel:
1. https://www.youtube.com/user/Hankalbert
2. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLBZ747LLyrbuyxn9U7moxg
3. https://www.youtube.com/user/Diaryofamademan

All of the above is just a reference, for the best result is to do your own research. Good luck!
