I saw a user getting merit points and in the post it was mentioned : What is (Deleted/Off-limits/Ignored)

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

What does it mean ?

The post has been deleted. You've pointed out that three people have all exchanged merit within a 5 minute period, and then deleted their posts so that it wouldn't be as obvious.
