You guys should check this video and how we fight scams.
Please tell me what you think about it.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Just be wise in joining networking or any home job that leads to be scam. Make a search about the company you wanted to join if it is legit or not to avoid scam.

Right. Most scams offer easy, quick money with less effort. I think it's easy to spot these moduses if you just keep vigilant and less greedy about easy money. And the internet is an endless source of information so there shouldn't be any reasons why you'd fall for these scams if you're not greedy
not good to say but its true, greediness is the reason why most of users got victimized by scammers because of instantly wanting to grab the offers.then when being scammed will cry hard as if he has no fault about it,i understand that we all need to gain money.we need profiteering but never forget the basic rules.NO PAIN NO GAIN.so if theres easy offering think many times before acceptance

Security in the net is quit not good since still there are lot of hackers and scammers that still working to steal your money if you don’t vigilant enough. You should have scheduled change of pass word once every week  just to make your wallet secure once you will expose your personal key or password that’s the time that they will strike.

I agree, I have lost count already how many scam ICOs have been there just popping up everyday. I agree that this should be regulated and everyone should have a full understanding and total awareness of what they are getting their selves into before investing.
There are so many scammers around us that you can’t even identify whether you are dealing with the right person or not. Scammers are a serious threat to each and every one of us and that we all need to spread the knowledge we have regrading this so that we may get a chance not to fall victim of such kind of people. Till the time, we ourselves will not take care of these things, our money will remain in danger.

Dealing with a scammer is very challenging. A lot of scammers are roaming around, some are wearing masks to hide their identities, doing all the smart strategies waiting for their preys to be victimized. It targets people with no exemption, despite of their personal and professional background. The best way to deal with it is to be vigilant all the time, do online searches like company's name and phone number to check if it's legit. We have to take a look for what is new because as these people continue to operate then there is more to come and more likely to be victimized.

Unfortunately we don't have any chances to fight with scam. Since there are a lot money here, scammer will be here. And we can't do anything with that.
I think the best way to avoid scam is putting rules and regulations. Being Scammed is so unpredictable, but we cant stop it if we should have that rules and regulations needed in order to avoid that thing.

We need to do something about all the scams. We are all targets and we are all vulnerable. Criminals across the country and around the globe small-time thieves and devious computer hackers are working around the clock to steal your money and your personal information. There’s nothing you can do to guarantee you won’t get taken, but there are many things, some of them very simple  that can reduce the risk. Scammers are getting increasingly sophisticated in their attempts to get your money or personal details. Be alert and protect yourself from being scammed. Be alert to the fact that scams exist. When dealing with uninvited contacts from people or businesses, whether it's over the phone, by mail, email, in person or on a social networking site, always consider the possibility that the approach may be a scam. Remember, if it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

The guys weren't able to justify the use of their token and don't answer to critics and questions. More importantly they provide a passive return on investment which fails the Howey test (http://consumer.findlaw.com/securities-law/what-is-the-howey-test.html). They use their public image in order to attract suckers. Based on their use of proceeds they reserve 30% in order to develop the platform. 30% of 72 million to develop a react website with a postgres database and link it to infura (i assume they didn't even think about that). Laughable at best.

Doesn't literally every ICO fail the Howey test? Unless you have the rare bird that actually goes the route of registering as a security and a securities offering with the SEC, every ICO is an unregistered security offered or sold in contravention of the federal securities laws, not to mention the state laws.
