Acredited Investors, Regulated Crowdfunding and ICOs

So after looking into the SEC hearings today I am fairly certain will be seeing a lot more ICOs require US investors to be Accredited Investors.

What I am trying to wrap my head around is how the JOBS Act and Regulated Crowdfunding works and how ICOs can use this to allow non-accredited investors to invest in ICOs.

Has anyone looked into this yet?
