I've been searching for ICOs for a few days and there seems to be many cases of scams and hacks which kinda scares me. Obviously, there is no 100% certainty which is going to be a successful one but is there any way to identify which ones are at least going in the right direction? The first one I looked at was Mossland's Whitepaper and they seemed good with solid community. Or should I just buy BTC or ETH? Any suggestions and ideas would be very helpful!

You've done the correct step of reading the whitepaper provided by the developer, you just need to research the ICO you want to follow, look for the ICO that gives a rational explanation and advantage, do not trust the ICO that gives a lot of advantages because it is probably a scammer trap . You can buy bitcoin to start investing in ICO.

As an investor anytime is the best time  to invest in ICO as long as you have to consider some points to be able identify and know the best ICO to invest, have to read first the whitepaper provide by the project, know the developers and identify the product usage and benefits to its users and investment and should have a positive contribution to the crypto industry.

Yes anytime could be a good time to invest in different ICO but first thing you need to is to reviews the ICO you're going to invest with and also check its background and read the white papers too because they could help you alot on choosing the better ICO. You better watch out for those ICO's that will just suck your money and not only you but for everyone that is looking for an ICO that believes it will give a good profit afterwards.

Yes, there's a way to identify on what are the best ICO's to invest. Whitepapers, lightpapers are already given as each ICO does have it. But to know if they are your hope, look at the team. Who are the people that is composing that project.

I haven't seen it, words like "solid community" is used and old by ICO's. Take a closer look with something new but does have real intention about innovation in the industry and does have a competitive and competent team and this is what I can see with VLB.

I think now is the best time to invest in ICOs. There is so much potential to gain profits. Obviously, that comes with risk. But if it wasn't risky, then you wouldn't be able to make profit, lol.
I think there are a few solid ICOs that have a lot of potential. PinkDate being one of them. They have pretty good referral benefits too as well as quite a bit of hype. Hookers on the blockchain

I think, if you do not have trade skills, then investing in ISO projects is a litminal chance to earn money. In 2018, regulation will become stronger, so most of the projects will be very promising!
