Actually make invest in ICO is more risky than make invest in BTC/ETH, although promising higher profit. And to take opportunity in cryptocurrency market, i think you have to jump in to ICO but dont use that all your money, could be use only 20% maximum of your money. I've been searching for ICOs for a few days and there seems to be many cases of scams and hacks which kinda scares me. Obviously, there is no 100% certainty which is going to be a successful one but is there any way to identify which ones are at least going in the right direction? The first one I looked at was Mossland's Whitepaper and they seemed good with solid community. Or should I just buy BTC or ETH? Any suggestions and ideas would be very helpful!

As the number of ICO's seems to increase with such a high rate currently, so does it seem to me the quality is decreasing. It get's harder and harder to find the few top notch projects and separate it from all the trash.

I think before investing in any ICO you have to nake an intensive research on what you are buying because investing in ICO is risky. If you want to make most out of it I think you should buy ICOs when eth has a high value and the token you are buying is fix in USD per token.

I think as long as there are quality ICOs out there, it is always a good time to invest into ICOs. This is because they come with greater reward potential as you're essentially buying in at the 'ground floor'. The risk of losing it all however is significantly higher due to the scams you mentioned. That's why it is always important to conduct due diligence before investing. That will greatly reduce the risk in the long term.

Many of the projects you can find on Coinmarketcap are from the pre ICO times. I think it depends on what kind of ICO project you want to invest. There are always a good time to invest in ICO.The questions are what kind of ICO Project is it and is it worthy for you to invest. Always remember that everytime  you invest you will take risk and for that you should be aware.

Many ICO cases of scams and hacks it happens because of their carelessness. But for me my suggest about it is better to invest in bitcoin cause you can get a huge profit if you hold it and if the price grow higher.

you are right this is the right time to invest in ICO, but you also have to choose ICO that you want to invest, because not all ICO will give you big profit, and if you want to invest in ICO better invest in ICO Crowd Genie because it will give you a big profit.
