It indeed is a good decision by the president. It's a war with no win.
Let the different sects of Islam and the new world police Russia sort the things.
It would not only save the tax money from US citizens but too would save hundreds and thousands of lives of US troops and from counter inhuman killing of civilians by IS fanatics.
