Cryptopia Balance

Hi,
Recently I send 10 ETN from Electronium wallet to Cryptopia Exchange, Now Transactions was completed.
I double checked Send Address and Payment ID in Electronium wallet.
But balance not more ap on Cryptopia exchange.
Anybody know whats going on

You should contact their support and explain the issue. Before you do that though, you might want to check how many confirmations are required for a transfer to be considered complete by the exchange and double check whether you've sent to the right address!

It's needed some confirmations, not only one. You should check it out with Cryptopia. I guess for ETH and ERC-20 Tokens are needed 20 confirmations.

wait few hours. if you deposit right address they will add your coin soon.My last deposit takes 12 hours in cryptopia exchange

I don’t know how long you waited, but give it at least 30 minutes to confirm or maybe an hour. I’ve sent Bitcoins to that exchange and never had a problem, at least not yet. Maybe it takes longer with Electronium than Bitcoin. If it doesn’t confirm in an hour, maybe submit a support ticket. So far this exchange has always been good for me, but keep us posted on the outcome of your situation.

you should check the status on cryptopia end instead of your wallet or explorer
it seems they currently have network connection problem as I can see only 1 peer is connected
the coin info on cryptopia shows this for ETN
