I can't figure out why an avatar in a company's Twitter account should have a real picture? For example, I run my blog and my Twitter account represents my blog, respectively, my avatar in Twitter is the logo of my blog. Why such difficulties? Moreover, many participants of the bounty want to remain anonymous. And how do you determine whether the real avatar is using the participant?

In this thread I see 'Only 1 tweet/retweeet per day will be counted;'
BountyGuru says 'Count of weekly posts: 1' and 'Count of weekly reposts: 1'

Just checking, are the Twitter and Facebook campaigns combined and issued accounting for total stakes, or are they split and then half the bounty stakes divided between members of each campaign?
