Hi there,
I'm not new at all to BitcoinTalk forum but I never talked so I'm considered as a newbie Smiley
I've been mining bitcoin for the last 3 years and litecoin for the last year. Today I'm waiting for my Single SC ASIC rig from Butterfly Labs. Should not be too long now (I hope so).
Added to litecoin mining I've been trying several currencies such as FeatherCoin, WorldCoin... and made some interesting values

About myself, Im 30yo and working in IT security. I'm French so excuse me for my bad english. Just remember that my written english is better than my spoken one Cheesy
Cheers !

Thanks all ! Yeah I've some experience in cryptocurrencies. Actually I had two altcoin servers @home, I'm an active member for bitcoin / litecoin in France on several internet forums. I was an early adopter of Litecoin and I hope it will grow up so I can buy a new house with coins I kept Cheesy
About Bitcoins I was (3 years ago) on Slush's pool. It was not on stratum yet of course. 3 years ago I made around 0.06BTC per day with only my CPU ! I sold my last 25 ones for something around 9€, just before the great increase :/

I was one of the first ASIC buyer at BTFPGA but as you probably know they never delivered... so I ordered a Little Single at BFL and I'm still waiting it. I think I'll never be able to have a good ROI on it with this huge diff increase. I bet we'll see a diff at more than 1 billion before the end of the year on bitcoin. I was thinking to buy a 100Gh/s ASIC delivered in october but after several different calculation I think it's only a loss of money.

For other altcoins, I mined DGC, YAC, MEC etc... but the best were Worldcoins and Feathercoins (very good value). I had just 4 graphic cards (6970 and 5970) for around 2Mh/s on scrypt. I stopped mining cryptocurrencies just before summer as the temps were too high in my home and I started to encounter crashes.

Thanks for your warm welcome Smiley
