in the last year interest in mining centers here in Iceland has skyrocketed, 4 major data centers are expected to rise in coming months.

What am i offering?

I am a builder/company and we build industrial buildings and looking to the future with mining operations being closed down in china demand for green energy data centers will rise.

pros

Green energy
low power cost (0.003-0.006)
low cooling cost

cons

Building isnt cheap

What i can do for you is build you a data center and run it, note that our buildings and developments are 1500sqm and bigger,
we do not have any lots for smaller centers right now.
Building lead time 6 months.
we do have properties that can be changed to a mining facility thus cutting building time.

Energy is not a problem here, green energy, low cost and lets face it cooling will not be a problem, even during summertime.

So what is the cost?

Example:
2mw or bigger
1900 sqm new building
5 million usd

price for existing building can be slightly more.

yes i know this is a new account, and no i am not asking for any payment deposit, for this kind of a deal to be made you will need to travel here or hire a lawyer here or both.
If you are an investor and want to invest in data centers here, that can be arranged, we are currently building a state of the art collocation 1500sqm center just shy of 20 min drive from international airport, that will be run by us, est lead time july/august. Collocation will be advertised in coming months for interested parties/miners.

Yes, i can provide info/pics on buildings/steel frames previously built. Info on avalible lots,zoning. Electrical info etc. Retrofittting existing buildings is proving to be challenge since power contracts are being made everyday, theres only a handful of places left that can supply enough power. Things are changing fast here.

What type of building secuirty do you have? Because I think you need to protect from internal threats as well as external don't want someone breaking in and setting fire to your miners

extremely expensive.... do you know what the ROI is on a 5 milion usd with 2MW? I will not even try tocalculate it..

Zoning, Lots etc is located in high security placement, there is no one coming close to any of the buildings there without being noticed/checked. 24h security personnell. and we are in Iceland, no one has any intrest in burning anything, 300k people that lives here, set fire to anything you will get busted.
as for 5 mill ROI. Obviously when you buy a property you own something of value. if we look at real estate market prices normally only go up.
no one is expecting ROI on a building you buy for data. ROI on buildings are for contractors, the 2mw can be scaled up or down 10-50mw and thats the least of the cost.
Example you buy your data center, in 5 years you decide you dont like it, sell the property for 6 mill, or change it to storage units and sell for 8-9 mill seperatly.
So jenia1 my man, Real estate and miners are not the same thing. You calculate ROI for your S9, it does not work the same for propertys.
in 5 years your s9 will likely be worth nothing, but the building will go up in price, you can call that your ROI or just resale proffit.
