ANN Deleted Randomly

Hello, I'm not sure whether this is the right place to ask, but I could not find a Bitcoin tech support thread. Anyhow, I did an ANN in my local language a while ago. My language was a minority and therefore had no subforum of it's own. Therefore I posted this ANN in 'other languages/locations'.

However, it was randomly deleted and all I got is this: "A topic you are watching has been removed by (anonymous)."

How do I even get help on this?

But ANNs should be posted in their respectively language locations right? I see dutch ones posted in dutch locations, indonesian ones are posted in indonesian subforum. But those without a subforum are not allowed to post?

If you don't have a local language board then they're not permitted.

Also not even all language sub-boards allow ANN spam. As an example, the Scandinavian sub-board only allows announcements if locally relevant.
