Please create a ticket with the wallet address and email and we will take a look at it. Non-BTC payouts depend on that coin being mined as your BTC balance is traded internally by our system to your currency of choice. If we have not or are not mining that currency your payouts will be delayed until the pool has mined the blocks for you to get paid. If you notice in the pools status that the currency is red, it means there is not sufficient amount of the currency to pay miner(s). It's recommended to use BTC as any other coin could be removed at anytime and payouts will not occur. |

Help me correcty to count profit.
On pool main page I see: mBTC/Mh/d 0.00004005
So, for 1 GH/d profit is 0.04005 mBTC or 0.00004005 BTC? Am I right?

In order to qualify for payout your balance must be higher then 0.01 btc. I did BTC payouts for all accounts. And you were just paid. There will be also payments in 2 hours as usual. |

In order to qualify for payout your balance must be higher then 0.01 btc. I did BTC payouts for all accounts. And you were just paid. why around 0.6 - 0.7 mBTC gap between total unpaid and balance while other pools are lower than this. this means either i have to keep this amount always with you or i have to stop just above min payout and wait for may a day to get my earnings.
surely all pools pay after confirmations but not this much gap.

I cannot babysit my rigs all day long just to make sure they are connected to this pool.
Can you check to see what can be done?

We sell all coins manually and need a little more time to get best possible offers. That's why profitability is better then similar pools. You will simply have to wait until certain block is cleared. If you decide to pause miners you will still get everything you mined. And if it's below payout qualify you will get it on Sunday. nice

I have 7 D3 on D3pool form Saturday 14:00 . Til now they make me 0.022 BTC that means , 0.0044 BTC per day , so one miner daily 0,00063 BTC wich are cca 5 €/day. It is not this a litle to less, because we talk about 8-9€ per day?  |

Personally I have often disconnections of my miners with this pool so I switched back to startpool which has similar profitability and 0% fees. I'll be watching this pool though and if the disconnection issue is resolved and profitability is back to what it used to be I'll switch back. |
