I have mine last week Arctic coin for a total of 593 coins and I never receive the payout, I have write them email and a twitter message with no answer !!!!

I noticed so far 3 times that after reloading the wallet page on d3pool the "total earned" balance is a sudden lower than bevor the refresh of the page?!?!! 
How it comes??

For example the total earned shows 0.29321 Dash and after reloading a sudden it shows 0.28932?? Normal?

I don't know what you are talking about.  This pool is great.  Earning 0.00003562 in the past 24 hours.

Starpool:  0.00002871 in the past 24 hours
Gigarho:  0.00002616 in the past 24 hours
Zergpool:  0.00002928 in the past 24 hours
Zpool:  0.00003056 in the past 24 hours

Payouts in LTC happen every 12 hours.  Only ever had 1 missed payment in about 3 months that was paid after about 2 days.

What pool has a better rate of earnings than this???

STOP mining at this pool!!!
At this pool, I spent 2 weeks.
Payments were made approximately every 1 or 2 days.
In the end, payments became small, with a large balance on the account.
Once I woke up in the morning and saw that my balance was reset to zero.
This pool stole my money!
