What is the best Equihash miner?

I've been mining Neoscrypt with Klaus ccminer and it was giving me 20% hashrate more than the original one (whatever it's called, can't remember).
The best thing about ccminer is that it has no fees.

I want to switch to Equihash but I'd like to know if there are any alternatives to EWBF that give higher hash rate as well as perhaps have no fees?

Sgminer works on zcash with no fee

Using miners that have small fees is not a bad thing, if people are using the miner then there is an incentive for the dev to improve the miner and close the gap between big farms with private bins..

DSTM is the fastest for me at least. It's got a 2% dev fee, but I think it is still faster even if I factor that in.
