I joined Kraken yesterday and submitted docs for upto Teir 3 verification. Where do you find the "support/ticket" number?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Dude, there is no need to open a ticked if you haven't been waiting for 2 weeks like everyone else. Relax... Wink That's why the support have their hands full, people contacting support if they have to wait more than an hour...

Wow, seems that a handful of people are having the same issues with Kraken as I am.  I'm waiting for my denied wire transfer due to incorrect credentials and it has been a month now.  They have answered previous emails and were letting me know the progress at first but as time went by no answer.  They clearly told me the return wire was sent out and but there are delays due to being backed up.  Typical time is 3-5 business days and it has about 24 business days now and no reply back.  Lets get it together Kraken, I don't want to bad mouth you guys but come on, this is over 10k were talking. I see Kraken has problems with Fiat deposits and verifications.

Well, as a long time customer, I want to add that the trading experience is deplorable too.

I exchanged BTC for CAD and have had a withdrawal to my bank in process since May 4th. The first time I contacted them they said it can take "up to 15 business days". It's the 17th business day now and no funds have been sent, support responses are canned "we are working on sending you the funds, sorry for the delay". Latest support request is #292751

What has happened to Kraken? are they insolvent?

I have two deposits "on hold" of 2000 euros on my account
I think it s because the deposits exceed the limit of 2000 dollars ;
To resolve the problem, i have plied for tiers 3 but i hve no response from kraken,
I am really worried about my deposits ; It s like my money is in "hostage" i can do nothing, even recover my money

I wonder what can i do now ?
How long time can my money stay frozen like that ?
Is there a solution to recover my money ?

maybe it s stupid but i imagine my deposit can disappear one day

Hey, don't worry, you won't lose your money. It's just that Kraken is swamped with support tickets, so it takes longer than usual.

I see that you may be the only one to speed things up a bit, concerning the verification on tier 1 and tier 2.

my ticket no is 283132. Is there any way really to speed things up?

Trying to withdraw to a bank account, according to this article https://support.kraken.com/hc/en-us/articles/204359203-How-do-I-withdraw-fiat-currencies-from-my-account- , one should be able to select fiat currencies. I do not however see any such option, but I'm only Tier-1. My question is: will the option become visible when upgrading your tier, or is the withdrawal-system disabled atm?

Thanks Dargo for the extra support here moving things along.    The use of the system is very clean and straightforward.   However, I couldn't complete end to end testing as I had misread somewhere along the way Tier 2 allowing access to US dollars and banks.    Tier 3 verification with supporting document was submitted as soon as I found the additional info and I replied to the same ticket (#301424).   Hoping you can have that revisited to clear Tier 3 as well.
