I have twice tried to make USD withdrawals that failed with no explanation.  I created two support tickets (336132) and emailed support as well.  I have yet to receive a reply.  Can someone please help me?

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Update: I've alerted support to all ticket numbers posted or sent by DM since my last post, except for verification tickets and tickets that are already at the highest priority.

I'm very sorry, but due the volume of requests about verification tickets we are no longer able escalate these tickets (escalation was not helping much anyway for these tickets). The verification team is working very hard to process accounts as soon as possible in the order they are received. Unfortunately, due to a long queue of accounts waiting to get verified, it may take two weeks or longer. We are doing everything we can to speed this up, including hiring more staff, but the long wait time for account verification is likely to continue for some time.

My deposit has been kept on hold for 2 weeks now.

Hi, I cannot log in to Kraken. Once I enter my credentials and 2fa, the site loads to this page. It doesn't log me in, I just get this error:

"404

Hey mate, I think it was something wrong with their server. I was able to log in eventually. Your account is fine.

If I try with incognito browser I can else error very strange!

It won't help to post ticket numbers that are about your verification status because we are not escalating these tickets. We are only escalating tickets for already verified accounts that have a funding issue, trading issue, or account access issue. This doesn't mean we are ignoring account verification - we have a large account verification team who are working to verify accounts as soon as possible in the order they are received.

Hi Dargo,
Its been 2 weeks that my ticket ( Ticket #297049) has been open and Ive had one email saying that the ticket has been passed to the relevant team.  2 weeks!??  Ive had no explaination to why a simple SEPA cash transfer from a bank account Ive used for years has been put on hold.  Can you please esculate?

I have had an account pending Tier 3 verification for three months now. While I appreciate that you have a sudden influx of new users, on that sort of timescale, it definitely feels like it is being ignored.

I got the same problem. Made a SEPA transfer and waiting for 6 days to get credited. No one is responding to the tickets. Really worried and frustrated. Ticket no 35018.

In the hope it helps, I have been waiting 15 (!) days now for a simple Tier 2 verification. Also filed a ticket with #333646. Is there any chance this will be processed in the next couple of days, or should I just forget about Kraken and start trading my fiats elsewhere?

Just wanted to ask if it's normal that my Tier 1&2 verification at kraken.com is still in stage "Processing" after two weeks?

I've submitted two tickets without receiving a response whatsoever (except for the auto-response confirming ticket submission).

I don't remember of a "processing" status for Tier 1 and Tier 2.... I may be wrong but it was instantly updated adter filling the infos requested (phone, DOB, ect) for me at least. They may have changed the process sometime ago. Many people are waiting a reply to support ticket since long time now, so if you were in hurry then calm down LOL because it may take a long time to get a reply to your ticket

Thank you for getting these looked into.  I did receive a response, though it doesn't fix my issue.  I've tried to recover my username as I forget what it was. I got this message, but I never get my username sent: Your username will be sent if the information you supplied matches our records.

The supplied Email is definitely the one tied to my account.  I sent a message back, I just hope it doesn't take another 4 weeks to get a response back.

11 days waiting for any response. Account locked but no news since days ago. Nice amount of $ but can not do any trade or withdrawal.

No response by twitter or mail...I understand them need time, but I do not know if my funds are safe in kraken or someone hacked it.
