Hi Dargo,
You're right ! It's written in the help of KrakAPI: Don't select widthdraw option. You can also remove permissions to modify, cancel & close orders. Application will work perfectly except for new order (it will be a "permission denied").
I'm a kraken user since 2013 and there is no good android app to manage kraken accounts. So, as a developper, I decided to develop one and share it with you. It allows to check in one click the balance (with details and charts), access kraken markets, view orders and place orders. I use it since June and it fits perfectly my needs.
All the feedbacks are welcome to improve KrakAPI.

11 days waiting for any response. Account locked but no news since days ago. Nice amount of $ but can not do any trade or withdrawal.
No response by twitter or mail...I understand them need time, but I do not know if my funds are safe in kraken or someone hacked it.

Kraken made any announcements regarding the Bitcoincash/BitcoinABC hardfork, I know that GDAX and Coinbase won't be supporting it or treating as bitcoin at least.

1. Would it be possible to ask the exchange's developers for some usability improve? There are a few really annoying things. For instance, redirection after logout to the main/sign up page. It means that I should always make additional click on Login link and wait for new page opening.
2. "New Charting & Trading Tools" looks very nice, but I cannot create/update trades with it. There is always error message (referring to API key). What can I do with it?

Kraken made any announcements regarding the Bitcoincash/BitcoinABC hardfork, I know that GDAX and Coinbase won't be supporting it or treating as bitcoin at least.
We have not made any announcement about this yet. I think we do plan to make one, but I'm not sure when. |

Does Kraken offer a service if I wanted to sell a large amount of BTC/ETH for fiat? I'm level 3 verified and want to withdraw more than my limit in few transactions as possible.

Yes I would also like to have an official communication about the engine issues and the potential fix. For now the engine is broken. The support team answers they are aware about issues but does not know when they will be fixed. For the moment it is impossible to trade on this site. Even when there is no volume, most of the trade are delayed/not executed. It is a shame that they still apply the same fee when the site is not working. It is a nightmare and it is worst everyday. If Kraken was professional, they should at least communicate officially about this and not do as there was no problem. |

I forgot to whrite the reference code including "kraken.com" when submitting the wire transfer. So i'm worried, is it possible to find my transfer with my money? Two questions before I check out the website. Number one Are there specific regulations for know-your-customer and such for the United States or any restrictions for the United States where will be trading from? The second one is basically a variation of the first, let's say that I go on to your website and I deposit BTC, I didn't use that BTC to trade for US dollars at then trade those US dollars for Japanese Yen taking advantage of a change in price and then I change those Japanese Yen back into BTC which means that technically I have gone from cryptocurrency to Fiat put them back to Fiat again if I do that do I still have to qualify for the deposit and withdrawal restrictions and regulations as if I'm depositing withdrawing Bitcoin?

You can get higher limits by verifying your account to Tier 4. |
