I have the same issue as someone else just posted 2 messages above.

I'm tier 3 verified. However, it shows me that my tier 3 level is not sufficient for the deposit/withdrawal service. Then it says that the service is unavailable. Then the page just gets stuck and nothing happens. Then it tells me that I'm not even level 1 verified.

I cannot trade on this platform because it takes 45-60 min of continuous clicking to get the order through. I cannot take my money out of the exchange. Smells like some kind of scam. What's the use of this platform if I cannot trade or get my money out?

I'm about to hire a lawyer if the situation doesn't change. I've provided all of the necessary information and still, no funding service is available.

I forgot to mention my Deposit Reference Code in the wire transfer. I raised a ticket (Request #850608) immediately with as much details as possible but yet to get response from Kraken. As the transferred amount is EUR 11600 I am little worried.

Does any of you guys know how long will Kraken usually take to respond?

I just wanted to update. Kraken responded to my issue within 24 hrs asking me to upload my ID again for security purpose. After that I got my funds within 12 hrs. Frankly I thought it would get days to sort this. The response from their team was very quick. Thank you

Seeing all the recent posts about withdrawal issues we in our trading room feel just justified when we say that Kraken is doing everything to lure new customers to use their service, and they are very fast in solving deposit issues (aka in getting clients money in). One of the best posts was recently by Kraken-Septimus. And their constant lies on their website.

However, as soon as it comes to providing service for the customer Kraken does not care. Be it that the customer wants to trade, which is close to impossible without being extremely patient, or be it that customers want to have their money back (aka withdrawing) which is also close to impossible without opening a ticket.

Our advise is to stay away from this trading platform until they have solved their issues. And dont believe the big gurus promises that there will be a new trade engine soon. We will only believe that when it finally has arrived. Until then we see these types of comments just as another type of Kraken scam to keep customers and get new ones in their sketchy scheme.

Have you tried generating a new withdrawal address?  This is sometimes the best way around the issue you were experiencing. 

As I understand it, you're having trouble withdrawing.  Some clients have issues with their older withdrawal addresses.  Without getting into that here, it may help to generate a new address to withdraw to, then add that as a new withdrawal address, and verify it. If you have trouble doing that, report it in your ticket.

I'm glad you were conscientious such that you were able to post the error rates that you experienced.  I personally observed them and was interested in some of the numbers that were posted and I appreciate it.  

I do think that in the end you will appreciate the upcoming improvements that developers have been preparing to launch, which will be deployed as I understand it before the 2nd week of December concludes.  

And (to address your last question) - no, it is not to get an identity so someone can ban you, that would never be our intent. Thanks for expressing yourself here.
