Hi I am new to kraken, please help me understand the US deposit. I have got tire three verified and I initiated the deposit which gave me some transaction ID. Now I am not sure how I can wire transfer as there is no account number.
best advice, leave before doing any deposits. Leave before they have any chance to rip you off. Their service is abysmal. Just scroll through the pages to get an impression before starting to trade on Kraken.

Same here. Always having problems with Kraken. Now tried to withdraw some funds -- errors, as always, stuck at 'Pending'. Cancelled the XRP withdrawal ordered -- stuck at 'Cancel requested'! Funds still missing. Tried another request, still 'Pending'.
Submitted request #930293, so far no news...
Registered just to say how unhappy I am with Kraken.
I've just withdrawn LTC's, but worked after many attempts. The current situation is terrible, all pages are struggling and returning random errors like hell.

As far as I know wire US deposit impossible, the only way to do this, send USD using Tether, (for first time you need generate deposit address)

That's very typical of a selective scam scheme they are. I was also a relatively happy user for 3+ years until their wheel of misfortune pointed my way, so I'm afraid it's only a matter of time, my friend.

I was also a relatively happy user for 3+ years until their wheel of misfortune pointed my way, so I'm afraid it's only a matter of time, my friend. The reference to you was rather meant in the way to point out that problems can occur at CEX. Maybe it wasn't clear enough though. We also encountered some. However, it seems we were lucky to have them solved within reasonable time. Also hoping it stays that way. Important is to spread your risk. Always use multiple trading platforms. Do not rely on a single one. Cheers

And no withdraw.On the night of November 10 to 11,2017 someone took control of my computer remotely and emptied my kraken account. So in the stolen operation, he has about 4500 euro. Kraken must do something now .... Or you give me back my account fully fonctioning, or you close it and sending my money to my bank account. If the 5/12/2017 a way or other is not do (not promise to be, but do), i have no other choice than go in court. Why court ? support answer to me they can't send back my money to my bank account by security reason ... I hope that an amicable solution will soon be found. Sorry for my bad english but i'm a french man. regards

An update on my situation: withdrawal 1 now cancelled (after some 12 hours, credited back to account's balance after another hour), withdrawal 2 sent and received; made another request for the cancelled order, still pending. But the withdrawals are working, even though terribly slowly (particularly for a currency advertised as having *immediate* transfers!). Edit: second withdrawal order cleared after an hour or so, money received on BitTrex, where I'm happily moving with half of my BTC!

FWIW I've finished moving everything out of Kraken. Really, other exchanges are wayyyyyy better. Only today I saw Bitstamp & GDAX slow down to a crawl during the BTC dip, and yet they were still much more usable than Kraken on a normal day.
GDAX is very hard to register, but Bitstamp, Bitfinex & Bittrex are pretty easy. The 2 last ones are not EUR-friendly, but once you've bought something on Bitstamp, you can transfer it there for funding.
I'm really done with Kraken. I liked the trading view, though. Nice to see the dots where previous orders were, I don't think any of the others has that.

The fun part is watching the markets move and being completely unable to do anything because of endless errors and timeouts. Wait fun isn't what I mean, fucking frustrating, that's it. What's the point of an exchange where you can't even, you know, exchange? Response times are literally off the charts: https://status.kraken.com/

I locked my KRAKEN account by mistake (wrong link clicked in withdrawal wallet adding confirmation email) and now support is not answering my ticket at all during I loose money due to price drops! :-(
