You have made too many requests recently. Please try again later. I'm getting this when I try to get to the password reset page. Does anyone know how long I'll need to wait until I can "try again"? Does "later" mean later today/tonight/this decade?  I don't know this for certain, but I suspect this message may just indicate a server error, like many of the other incorrect "this is disabled" messages the site is throwing out at the moment. ie. Just keep trying and you'll probably get in. |

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Don't know if the upgrades have kicked in but beforehand most pages would take several attempts to work or even load up. Added a new bank account and requested a couple of withdrawals earlier as well so hopefully they'll go through ok. |

There's a gap of about 3 hours in the trade history data (you can see this on the Cryptowat.ch graphs, etc.), corresponding with a major improvement in the metrics on the status page, so something definitely happened.

Everything on my end works quite well, it takes a little while before the pages load, but it is better than getting errors all the time. |

I did see one error but the order went in anyway, which is something that was happening before sometimes too. But so far, every order I have entered or cancelled has succeeded with a single attempt which is a huge improvement. Let's hope it stays this good.

I was familiar with that post, even user @Bonez0r has shared that discussion two days earlier, but that's not what I am talking about. "you will see it happen in early December" is not what I was expecting as a time-line for the maintenance. For reference this is how a service interruption announcement looks like(form Bitfinex):

Not so happy anymore... Kraken's engine froze, teh price remained unchanged for like a few minutes. My orders were going through, but did not execute, even if I was buying well above market price. I lost the chance to make money and also lost a bit of money. Not happy...  |

On the last 100 API-placement calls: 0 Eservice Uavailable 0 Eservice Busy 17 Unknowns Leading to the easy calculation of 17% errors. (Note: most unknowns were placed) we haven't checked whether all orders were executed when their limit was reached, but so far it seems fine. We will do this test for the next few days to see whether the improvement was for real, or whether it was just the typical improvement related to a server restart. |

I always get this error screen when I try to withdraw. They really don't want me too..

Hello, I tried logging into my Kraken account on December 4th and was locked out. I emailed support and they sent me back an email with a list of questions to answer in order to get my account unlocked. I also completed that form they tell you to fill out if you want to escalate your issue with support. I have not heard from the support team since December 4th. Is there any other way to escalate this? It would be really nice to have access to my account again. I'd just like to purchase some more bitcoin. Thank you!
