I have as you asked escalated the issue about the delay of depositing my funds wired through a SEPA transaction.
Eventuallt I got a response where kraken now asks me for another verification (not sure how there can be aný legal ground to hold my funds and ask me for another verification of my identity without any special given reason).
I have however sent all documents that your website states and told the to eighter deposit my money at kraken.com OR return it to my bank latest by today!
I have still havent even gotten a reply from the kraken support or seen any of my money neighter at kraken.com or at my bank!
This is completly unacceptable. If kraken hasnt sorted out my money by next week I will suffer a financial loss. I will seek for other unhappy customers to file a joint lawsuit against kraken in that case.
Im tired of hearing the old "regulation" bullshit. While just waiting for my money to get deposited at kraken I have already opend an account at coinbase, gotten my account verified without any issues or need to send any further documents more than only my passport.
Now i cant even give you my ticket number because the website is down again!

Usually we require additional identification if there was an error or if information is missing from a deposit, such as the client's name or the reference. The update is in the process of installation since this morning 5am Utc... How do you already know that it won't be enough and won't work when no one has been able to test it outdoors in kraken? O_O |

last / new : wich "old" ? THe only i here speek about is this from today ...... So you say it's my point of view prefer 1 day without trading instade of multi lag/bug for month, but message just before you ask for a new update when the one is on instal ... Concerning information you just have to go on the kraken support status link i give to you few message before to have all the information you need  |

Hi there again, just wanted to let you know that everything worked out fine now. I could withdraw to my bank account. Only thing that still wasnt correct was the possible amount to withdraw. As Im verified at tier 3, the daily withdrawal limit should be $25,000 but instead it would only let me withdraw 331€. Is there a reason for that? I will try again tomorrow and see how much it will be then. Could you by chance also tell me how long it usually takes to process a withdrawal? Thanks in advance!
Hi Bribed. I'm glad to hear that things are moving in the right direction! Usually we see this happen if you've either A) Already withdrawn your daily limit of funds or B) You have an open order tying up the asset that you're trying to withdraw. Please check this and if it's not your issue please open a new ticket and escalate it. Thank you for your patience. If you were trading with big money you would understand that this lack of information is unacceptable. I also think the same. With some more given informations we all could RELAX much more. Instead i bet some more experienced people might already start to panic as they have seen mtgox, cryptsy, mintpal and all the others exchanges disapear. To be honest, if the "small exchange" didn't just disapear, saying "we got hacked", it always started the same... Is it only me or did the support website also got shut down? |

It was about time to make this upgrade to your hardware along with an update to your software. Truly hope that indeed will worth the wait. Cancel though everything including orders,maybe it's to drastical. Is there any other plan or this is final? |

Guess I was just in time to withdraw my fiat from the exchange two days ago. Im happy that I did so just in time before this stuff started. Well, how long is this downtime supposed to last? I was going to trade on kraken again tommorow. Will that be possible or not?

Well I share that same point of view with Shamane and I would consider my trading to be with big money, although that's all relative. As for those who are seeing visions of mtgox or cryptsy, there isn't any real parallel. Withdrawals have been working. I have seen some people complaining about cash withdrawal issues now and then but every crypto withdrawal I have ever done has happened in a very timely manner. One of the only reasons I have tolerated the pathetic state of the Kraken website up to this point actually. That and the volume, although that has been drying up so hopefully this update will bring some of that back. In addition to withdrawals functioning well, there are Kraken reps making regular updates here and on the status page. If they went radio silence for a few days, then I would start to worry. This downtime might be annoyingly long for some, but honestly, it is most annoying in how long it has taken to get to this point of actually implementing an update. This had better work to address the problems we have been dealing with though. |

I honestly thought the upgrade had already happened since in the last few weeks the platform was running much smoother than before. I can hardly wait to see how smoothly it wil run after the upgrade. The frequent updates are also appreciated, i don't understand why people complain about them. They're also getting more entertaining. I've been using Kraken since 2013 and they are indeed the most trustworthy exchange there is. Only people who started using Kraken recently seem to be worried. They don't really know the exchange or their good reputation. I'm not worried at all. Update
I fell asleep at my desk. In a dream, the ghost of a butterfly from the future whispered to me "the dollar hit 0 bitcoin". I wake up, people around me dabbing the blood from their eyes. Progress has been made but not enough. I crack my whip -- "we aren't getting to zero like this!". The flogging will continue until morale improves. Expect another update after I make my rounds. I'm sorry I've let you down.

We are close but rather than launch immediately ahead of the team passing out, we will push off a bit to get some rest and be able to better monitor systems and react to problems following launch. Unfortunately, this means several more hours of delay. We do not have a definite time but it will not be before 9:00AM UTC (1:00AM PT).
