Was wondering the same, been trying to cancel my orders and I think it is because they paused trading:

For me it seems to work much faster. When I select:

sell -> EOS/XBT -> Submit

I get immediately "Service unavailable".  Grin

Minimum of 12 hours and maximum of 1200 .. They want the negativity surrounding the maintenance to dissipate before they re enable withdrawals is my best guess.

Their API doesn't seem to be working correctly....

this is what I get back for the Bitcoin canadian dollar ticker

What the hell are you on about? My problem is my money is not getting deposited. I havent even requested any withdrawal as its not even deposited yet?

If you dont want to deposit it then its very simple. Return the money as soon as possible. I dont have to do anything.
But i do however suggest you take a look at my emailed information and just verify my account.

Like i said, if its not done or my money isnt refunded by next week and I do indeed suffer a financial loss due to kraken illegally witholding my funds I will seek financial compensation in court.

NOW, let's talk about IDENTITY VERIFICATION for NEW users.
Yes, I realize the Kraken status update states that ID verification for new users is the lowest priority
right now but could the system at the very least be set to RE-enable the 'Get Verified' FEATURE?!
Then us new users could at least submit our ID paperwork into the system and wait in what will likely be a VERY long
line for a long time; we all realize that there likely have been record signups in the last few months.
But please do not assume we will be satisfied with instructions to 'try' creating a new user with a new email address,
that will NOT work, many posters here have already tried that dozens of times to no avail. It is OBVIOUS that with so
many technical issues lately core to the platform, ID verification of new users has been put on the back burner and that
indeed makes sense, but please just ADMIT that the 'Get Verified' FEATURE has been temporarily TURNED OFF, deliberately,
which is TOTALLY fine and understandable!
It's NOT a 'bug', the feature was turned off and/or disabled, the page itself states, this 'feature' is 'currently unavailable', the site
did not encounter an error, it's just that the feature is OFF.
Please turn it back ON so that new users like me can at least submit the ID paperwork and get the process started.
At this point it's been an entire month since I signed up with my email address and I cannot even set my real name to my account or do anything. Meanwhile the crypto universe turns and major things are happening, if this goes on for much longer I will just realize that I cannot use this exchange and move on. Maybe you guys care, maybe you don't, ok, whatever, but at least enable the feature for us.

The Get Verified feature is available for some clients and not available for others. This is a bug and it's also being looked into. ZEC deposit not work too, i see as confirmed on funding page, but not on my trading account ... but I understad this situation after system updates...

but what i do not understad is situation on Poloniex with ETC deposits for today :-( no info, no support reply - sorry for partial offtopic
