Is it true about the Litecoin cash LCC hardfork of Litecoin on the 19th? I've read they'll give 10 LCC for every LTC. Will you still have it if you hold your LTC in an exchange like Binance or Bittresx? Thanks

why wouldn't it be real?!!
it is a shitcoin being created out of another coin by forking out of it. there are at least 20 for bitcoin so far now they are starting to do the same with litecoin!
the fork will happen on block 1371111 which is around 19 February 2018. the 10:1 ratio proves it is a useless coin. LTC already has a huge supply it making it even bigger is dumb.
here is the ANN: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2876538.0

as for exchanges i have not seen any statements from them. they probably won't bother with these type of coins.

Yes, everybody can fork BTC, ETH, LTC and most alts, because sources are on Github.

Is it worth for you as an end user? Most probably not.
Will it have some impact over LTC price? Most probably not.

Yes that's true and I am one of the excited holders of litecoin, this is the first time a fork is going to happen and this could become as profitable as litecoin in the future, who knows the other two bitcoin forks is now gaining so the possibility is not remote.

Sorry for the lost and all the best in your quest to get your account back.
Now with the subject of the day,
I don't doubt it that there will be a fork around 19th but be wise in an attempt to get more of these coins. It maybe something planned to get people buy ltc. And if that happens, they will dump on you at the same time so think twice.
