If it happens, i will more happy because i have some ripple. 10$ is not little amount for ripple. I think it is not possible to hit 10$ in this year. It can hit 10$ but not early. After some years later ripple price may be 10$.

I dont think XRP will be able to achieve that,most of the people know about it being a centralized coin which is being backuped by the bankers.Having it in your portfoli is the worst thing you will ever do,it could destroy our decentralized community by dominating the market and eventually will turn the table,you will just wake up one morning that most of the cryptocurrencies are centralized,NO its not going to happen because people are aware of the threat.

To my mind XRP will never cost more than 3-4$. It is centralaized coin so the price can not be predicted. But there is no doubght that it' s a buuble. So if you want you can buy when it is down and sell in of rare days when the price will increase on 30-40% but it is not coin for long term investment.

No one can predict in advance that XRP will hit $10 in 2018 or 2019. I am also trying to hold XRP as much as possible with regularly. We hope down trend will end soon and positive/ green trend will come as it is a good coin with daily high volume of trade after Bitcoin and ETH.

As you said ups and downs are common here, even though I don't think ripple will hit $10 by this year as users don't show much interest on this coin because of its centralized nature. May be in long term it can grow but not much as expected as it is against decentralization.

Ripple may get up back but hitting the $10 mark is laughable. Even in the next two years xrp may not get to that level let alone in 2018. Ripple supply is too large to make the value easily go up. Despite all the positive news coming out on it, xrp has not been able to rise due to its large supply.

That is quite impossible this coin is known to be centralized coin which are being manipulated by these bankers,it is their insurance to whatever happens to crpytocurrencies because they knew it might replace the fiat in the future,which is really possible because we are in the digital age which most of the people use online services and payments than using fiat currencies.

 Predict on crypto currency is tough. XRP is a good and potential coin. Its future is bright. Though its price is low now. But It is possible for XRP to hit 10$ in this year.

If the XRP price reaches $ 10 then XRP will be # 1 instead of bitcoin, but I'm not sure it will happen this year because many things look imperfect, probably the highest price of XRP in this year is $3.

I see USD 10 as very unrealistic (of course I would be thrilled if it ever reached that amount). I think it has better chances at reaching UD 3.00 again (if we are lucky it could reach USD 5 by the end of the year, but that might be wishful thinking).

Ok, so why did XRP suddenly hit $3 (and above) in 2017 and went down? I would go with the theory saying that it reached high because banks and businesses shared their positive feedback about XRP. However, the actual adoption and the further domino effect might take 5 to 10 years, but it will (since XRP has already proved to be a reliable tool for cheaper and faster global transactions that can be effectively used by big enterprises). The question is when and how fast they will adopt the new xCurrent framework that takes the process to the next step. Once they do, the domino effect cannot be avoided and the price will hit even above $10. The question is when and how fast. That's why I am pushing for XRP being a long-term investment option now. 

You are only taking about the big enterprise but remember they can change their minds anytime and XRP is just a copycat and the trust wasn't there. The huge supply is also an issue here. If i where to make an investment i prefer the smaller supply like bitcoin so the inflation will not kick so much. There are more altcoin which is better than ripple, much cheaper, more faster and trusted altcoin.
