you need to buy 1000 coins (END require 1000) and keep in the wallet with MN setup. when block is solved you get part of reward (depends on coin). For END "Masternode from 50% to 75% Block Reward " so you get from 5 to 7.5 coin per block. during 24 hours blockchain solves around 720 blocks (3600 coins for MN rewards) . if there is only 1 MN it gets 3600 coins per day, when there are 2 MN's they get each 1800 and so on.
