You must have earlier used TycheCash old version , just delete the blockchain folder (.TycheCash in ur home directory) it will sync.

There's no error to fix , either u r using old binaries or ur firewall blocking it. Use latest binary from https://github.com/blockchain-next/TycheCash/releases/tag/v1.0
