Are there possible ways to withdraw my coins out of Altex?
Highly appreciate your guides to do it (if available).

Have you tried withdrawl recently?  AltEx has opened the withdrawal function a few times this past month.  Open a support ticket with them and tweet to them if you are still having issues.  Seems like they are winding down.

Sadly, Altex is on a different chain than us. Then went offline at the end of July and we had a chain rollback on 8/22 to 7/25.  If you do a withdrawal, it will disappear from your altex wallet but not land in your sent to wallet. However, if and when they come back online and update their chain, your funds will be back in the altex wallet and able to send.  Many of us have coins stuck there and all we can do is wait and hope for news - this was their last tweet http://www.twitlonger.com/show/n_1sqk2fh
