It is not a scam. Whatever you had as confirmed before the fork(s), will still be there. Any TXs made after/ during the fork(s) will disappear after you restart the newest client. The same goes for BtcLtc's side of things.

They can be slow.. but thats to be expected with new exchanges. I have had no problems selling my COL there.

I personally have not had a problem. I also do not send vast amounts through the network. I do test the exchange daily with a small transfer and never seem to have issues.
