1000 GH/s desks running now at 900Mhz/850mV/4000Kbps now, seems to be stable with 2 extra fans sucking in 18C outside air and running at approx. 40 - 45C.

Delivering 1150 Gh/s per desk, no substantial increase in hardware errors...

>> so there is no risk for the owners just to let the ag go out of money

I think you will find that Swiss law states that for debts caused by fraud or deliberate misleading of customers personal assets of the officers of the company can be seized to repay those debts. That includes apartments, cars and holiday tickets to Thailand. I joke about the holiday tickets to Thailand.  But I'm sure that the owner of a company under such investigation wouldn't be allowed to leave the country on a "holiday" just in case they are actually doing a "runner".

3 new winners to join my ignore list! Welcome  Cool

Buddy are you providing anything constructive to the legitimate and huge concerns of members of this forum, or are you here only to post who goes on your ignore list?

He is providing us with ignore-list informations. helpfull, i applied. the main problem is that 80% of all users and postings you can ignore, but then the thread is very empty, but also much less stressy to read about

seems that a few people are suffering from stockholm syndrom
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stockholm_syndrome

the reality drawn in that thread about bitmine.ch is far far from real reality. i mean seriously 90 % trolling (including myself) and 10 % technical or supportive information nor?

as long you did not pissed you up with bitmine.ch, what i didnt, they are very supportive and cooperative. of course i dont like the delay as everybody, but developing never goes straight good. what can you do? hating trolling? no, i want my problems solved and point.

taking refund was not an option, as i wrote months ago, because it was illusional to get cash back, when everybody is freaking out for a refund. even with a laywer, when someone dont want to pay, then he will not pay, besides getting bankrupt is in swiss law a legitime way of cutting risks. bitmine is an ag, so there is no risk for the owners just to let the ag go out of money. laywer? it takes at least half a year. so lucky you, when you get refunded, its not my risk i want to take

let know, when you got refunded. kerim is the 'next week' guy, i honestly wish for you, you will get your money back :-)

STOP spreading FUD !!
You are so double-faced and your logic it is so twisted !

Because of Bitmine.AG (they don't deliver / don't refund) I lost the opportunity to make REAL money by:
 - purchasing Ant Miner S1
 - purchasing CHEAP Bitcoins
 - purchasing ASIC for scrypt
 - purchasing Ant Miner S2 @ 1 TH/s !

I WANT REFUND + PENALTIES for the fully paid order #3876 from December 4, 2013 !
BITMINE AG I WANT MY MONEY BACK !

Bitmine owe me $13k USD.

I ordered a 2 TH/s CoinCraft Rig. Agreed shipment date was 31 December 2013.

Refund requested on 6 May 2014. Bitmine haven't responded to my refund request yet... also no response to my followup emails.
Just after posting the above, Bitmine acknowledged my refund request.

Coincidence, or do they still read this forum?

Run a Bitcoin node, support the network.

Dont jump before your refund is actually processed.

They read, it's obvious. Why they dont refund everyone right now. They have no money
They are like every other pre-order company around this time, cannot afford to refund all their customers. Everyone is going down under but the ones who are shipping from Stock.

KNC was smart enough to make epic datorhall which keeps them floating.

Bitmine is gonna go under. No question about that. They have no working product to bring healthy steady cash flow or skills to make new product. This company is dying. Chinese are riding with same A1 chip and doing it with cheaper parts and cheaper labor costs. Bitmine cannot fight this with making miners in Swizerland

13k$ for 2TH is 11k$ loss of investment....if you get your miner delivered.
Bitmine also cannot make these miners for 1k$ 1TH which means they are out from this game.

Get your refund asap and move on.

This is an official note to Bitmine AG regarding order #2478 (paid in Nov 2013, Jan 2nd week delivery). You are now 30 days late with the refund.

We have contacted an attorney in Lugano regarding this and we will work with him to obtain what is owed to us through any necessary legal means. Please do not delay giving this matter your full attention, thank you.

I think you're heavily underestimating their margins on pre-orders..

Bitmine has PLENTY of money.. they are just completely unprofessional with it.

Putting Switzerland to damn shame is what they are doing...

But now they've gone and made me fed up..

I'm a 1XXX order.. asked for a refund in march, still nothing but BS coming from their end.

Not that it will do any good whatsoever, but has anyone been able to get through via phone? I sit on hold burning money 10 mins or more then hang up with no answer. Beyond frustrating. Order #2833 send me my god damn refund, it's been 60 days since requested and approved wtf!

Does anyone know which police department resides over Bitmine's location? http://polizei.ch/en

I have called them few times during the day yesterday and today. Also sent them e-mails. No one picked up the phone and no reply which is strange as before I could easily get through and received replies within 24 hours.

My story:
I have two orders : 1. 1Th CCD January batch, 2. 600Gh March week 3 batch. Both BTC payments. My first miner was sent in late April and arrived in Sofia, Bulgaria on 30 April. I authorized FedEx to carry out customs formalities for me. It took 16 /! / days. Customs required all my documents for payments that I printed from my Bitmine account and validated them by my signature. Then customs requested invoice from Bitmine because they refused to accept delivery note as valid payment document on which to charge me tax. My request to Bitmine for invoice has no answer yet. The customs agents drew attention to wrongly charged transport costs: real transportation costs were $ 79 but Bitmine had charged  $ 79 for each of my 4 upgrade modules. So I overpaid $ 316. On 13 May I managed to convince customs that I can't oblige a company in another country to give me an invoice, so they adopted a declaration from me that I paid $ 5838. On this amount I paid 20% VAT or $ 7000 total. Finally I got my precious on May 16 and...how frustrating - power cord and PSU did not match: power cord into shipment was C17 standard, PSU was C19 standard. I lost another day to find C19 power cord. Then my miner worked fine almost two weeks before module № 3 to fail. I contacted Bitmine support for RMA but they want to send them all the machine for repair not only the damaged module. This is not acceptable to me because: first, again I will have to arrange customs clearance, and second, repair will take a week and more. I wasted enough time, and now one of the modules. I hope you understand why I'm so upset. But I have an additional reason to be upset: I recommended Bitmine to my friends and they have lost a lot of money there. They asked refund but I doubt they will get their money.
